Scott Ogilvie, Director
Scott Ogilvie has served as Director since December 2006. Mr. Ogilvie is the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Capital Investment Company Group, a privately held international financial services and investment holding company. Mr. Ogilvie is a graduate of the University of Denver and obtained his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. Prior to joining the Capital Investment Company Group in September 2000, from 1998 to 2000, Mr. Ogilvie was employed by Classic Residence by Hyatt as Managing Director of Development- Western Division. From the middle of 1993 to December 1998, Mr. Ogilvie was a partner in the John Buck Company, a full service real estate brokerage, development and property management firm. Since February 2000, Mr. Ogilvie has served as a Director of Preferred Voice, Inc (PFVI.OB).
W. Robert Ramsdell, Director
W. Robert Ramsdell was appointed a Director of InCard in June of 2007. Mr Ramsdell has been engaged in private investments in micro cap companies since 1990. From 1973 until his retirement in 1990, he was senior partner, Director of Research and Office Manager of Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. in Los Angeles, engaged in the institutional equity business. Mr Ramsdell has been a Board member of Insignia Systems, Inc. (ISIG) since 1998 and a financial advisor to many companies including Occupational Urgent Care Health Systems (OUCH) and Preferred Voice (PRFV).
Harry L. Tredennick III, Director
Harry (Nick) L. Tredennick III serves as an editor for Gilder Publishing where he also writes the Gilder Technology Report on leading-edge components and speaks on topics related to semiconductors, dynamic logic, reconfigurable systems and MEMS (microelectromechanical systems). He has held this position since August 2000. From July 1988 to the present, Dr. Tredennick has also served as the President of Tredennick, Inc. which provides consulting services on custom and semicustom VLSI CPU design and reconfigurable systems and analyzes microprocessor industry trends. Dr. Tredennick is a board member of Patriot Scientific Corporation. Dr. Tredennick received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin. He received his MSEE and BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
Joe Zelayeta, Director
Joe Zelayeta has been a leader in managing and commercializing new technologies throughout his distinguished 40-plus year career. From 1981 to 2006, he provided technical expertise and executive leadership to help grow LSI Logic Corporation from a start-up to a multibillion-dollar organization. Zelayeta’s oversight included manufacturing, R&D, ASIC technology oversight, and worldwide operations. Since his retirement in 2006, he advises a variety of technology start ups, including significant merger and acquisition endeavors. Zelayeta has a BS in Chemistry from the University of Nevada.
John A. Ward, III, Director
John A. Ward, III, served as Chairman of InCard’s Board of Directors from October of 2005 until December of 2007, and as Chief Executive Officer from August of 2006 until September of 2007. Mr. Ward serves on the boards of a diverse group of public, private, and not-for-profit organizations including Primus Guaranty, Ltd. (credit default swaps), 'mktg,inc.' (advertising and sales promotion), Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC (mentoring services for children), N.Y. Downtown Hospital and St. Peter’s Preparatory School (Jesuit secondary school). Mr. Ward served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of the American Express Bank, President of Travelers Cheque Group, and a Member of the Planning and Policy Committee of the American Express Company. Prior to joining American Express, Mr. Ward had a 27-year career at The Chase Manhattan Bank where his last position was that of Chief Executive Officer of Chase BankCard Services and an Executive Vice President of the Bank. In addition, he was the President and CEO of Chase Personal Financial Services, a retail mortgage and home equity lender, the Senior Credit Executive for the Individual Bank, and the Area Credit Executive for the Europe, Middle East and Africa Areas of the Global Bank. During his career, John has successfully turned around and grown a diverse group of financial services companies, both domestically and internationally. These businesses include credit cards, retail mortgages and home equity, travelers cheques, private banking, affluent financial services, correspondent banking, third party funds distribution, corporate banking, and trade and export finance. He has developed a professional knowledge and expertise in sales management and risk management in wholesale and retail credit.
Richard J. Nathan, Chief Executive Officer and President
Mr Nathan is is the former Vice President of Operations for Commodore Business Machines. He also served as Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Atari. He moved on to Vice President of Operations at Actel (a fabless FPGA manufacturer) and built the operations infrastructure that enabled the company to go public in 1993. The following year, Mr Nathan founded Prolinx Labs Corporation with venture and strategic capital. He ran this integrated circuit packaging company until 2000. Mr Nathan then founded JigSaw tek, Inc. in May 2001, where he served as the Chief Executive Officer until 2005. The company marketed high-end, integrated circuit packaging solutions using proprietary, patent-pending embedded silicon technology. Since that time, Mr. Nathan has pursued personal and professional interests and investments in various technology industries. Mr. Nathan earned his bachelors degree from Denver University, and is the author and/or co-author of eight patents.
